The National Sea Grant Office anticipates awarding up to five projects totaling up to $2 million in FY 2019. Awarded projects must have a maximum duration of two years.

New Faculty Awards
The California Sea Grant College Program is now soliciting full proposals for projects to begin on/after February 1, 2021. New faculty* (see below for definition) from universities throughout California are invited to apply.

Only applicants who submitted a letter of intent by February 26th may submit a full proposal.
Subject to availability of funding, $2,000,000 may be available to support approximately 2-6 projects, with each project funded at the approximate level of $100,000 - $300,000 per year for 1-3 years.
