California Coastal Commission

Korrin Davis graduated with her master’s degree in regenerative studies at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in May 2021. Previously, she worked as a program coordinator for Tree San Diego, a local nonprofit that works to increase the quality and quantity of trees in urban communities.

At the California Coastal Commission, Davis is looking forward to working on issues related to public access vulnerability to sea level rise, offshore wind energy, and environmental justice/education efforts. She hopes to learn more about interagency state collaborations and the ways in which local constituents participate. In the future, she plans to continue working within the environmental field to educate others and support communities in need.
