California State Water Resources Control Board - Office of Information Management and Analysis

Corey earned her PhD in the Joint Doctoral Program in Ecology at San Diego State University and the University of California, Davis in 2021. Her dissertation addressed large-scale biomonitoring of known and highly regulated contaminants as well as currently unknown or unmonitored contaminants in the coastal and marine waters of the North Pacific. She also helped develop a statewide productivity analysis for the endangered California Least Tern with partners at the California Department of Fish and Wildlife.

Corey is looking forward to using her project management and policy skills at OIMA to create accessible tools for water quality outreach and management.
