Mark Danielson

Mark Danielson graduated with a Master of Advanced Studies degree in marine biodiversity and conservation from Scripps Institution of Oceanography in 2019. While there, he worked with scientists, government officials, and stakeholders to lead the development of a management plan for a newly designated marine protected area in Curacao.

Danielson will participate in the development and delivery of community engagement seminars, tribal environmental justice workshops, and guidance for tribal engagement in oil platform decommissioning, as well as Commission initiatives to promote renewable energy and reductions in carbon emissions.
