Aquarium of the Pacific, USC Sea Grant, CA Sea Grant, and partners launch new video series featuring chefs, scientists, and ocean farmers from around the country and interactive app
A new video series on responsible seafood called Ocean to Table: Stories of Food, Farming, and Conservation will be released at the Aquarium of the Pacific on October 12, 2018. The Aquarium-led production features seafood farmers, scientists, and chefs from around the country. The five-part-video series aims to increase the public’s knowledge about the many types of responsible marine aquaculture production in the U.S., introduce the public to U.S. seafood farmers, show how science is applied on the farms to support best practices, and familiarize audiences with how to cook responsible seafood dishes at home.
California Sea Grant Extension Specialist Paul Olin served as a science advisor to the project and worked with the aquarium on content for the videos.
