The Fishing First Aid & Safety Training (FFAST) is a free two-day advanced first aid class offered to licensed commercial fishers who work in remote environments, as well as people interested in pursuing commercial fishing as a career. The course adapts wilderness first aid principles to real-life scenarios that fishers may encounter at sea. Completion of this course will fulfill the US Coast Guard-recognized CPR/AED/Basic First Aid certification.

Registration is needed in advance as space is limited to 12 students total. The first to register are the first to secure a spot in the course, so please register early and contact Ashleigh with any questions.
