Enjoy dishes by Chefs Accursio Lota, Drew Deckman, Andrew Gerdes, and Luca Zamboni while supporting the charitable cookbook San Diego Seafood: Then and Now. Proceeds go to this California Sea Grant publication and three charities: San Diego Fishermen's Working Group, MAKE Projects, and the Indigenous Futures Institute at UCSD.
